These terms govern your use of MeetupZilla, operated by Zilla Group. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to use it lawfully, respectfully, and in a way that keeps real-world communities safe.

What MeetupZilla provides

MeetupZilla helps people discover events, participate in communities, organize activities, and coordinate event teams. Availability can vary by region and feature. Event organizers are responsible for their own events, venues, schedules, safety arrangements, and promises.

Your account

Keep your account information accurate and your credentials private. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or remove accounts that abuse the service, evade safeguards, impersonate others, or create a risk to people or communities.

Community content and conduct

Only share content you have the right to share. Do not use MeetupZilla for harassment, fraud, dangerous activity, illegal content, spam, or attempts to expose another person’s private information. Use reporting and blocking tools when available and follow community and event rules.

Events, volunteers, and tickets

Organizers and communities are independent of Zilla Group unless we explicitly say otherwise. MeetupZilla does not employ volunteers or guarantee an event’s quality, safety, attendance, or outcome. Any external ticket provider’s terms and refunds apply to that provider.

Availability and changes

We work to keep MeetupZilla reliable, but features may change, be unavailable, or be discontinued. We do not promise uninterrupted access. We may update these terms and will publish the new effective date when we do.
